Hey I am The Nipahc on almost everything. I am the .Com and .Biz
Iāve been a Technophile since my Grandfather would hand down the Commadore 64
Since I have been using the Tech pretty much Daily. Started my DBA Business of āNipahc Technologiesā in 1993. I love to play with Tech, make things help people with IT. I am A+ Trained but not certified and amateur electrician.
I also really am loving AI, so when I saw Jesse show this thing off made me excited to have a One touch AI nearby! Just what I need for all my questions as I am Neuro-Divergent.
Also a Cannabis Minister and Advocate⦠Media Designer, Web Designer and much more!
Looking forward to talking more with you all and growing with Rabbit Tech!
Howdy Iām a big bearded nerd and UX/UI Designer + Developer based in Wisconsin, USA. Got my R1 in the first batch and have been finding little ways to work it into my day as I go. Excited to see it grow and expand the community
Hi, Jack here. I live in the states and work in tech. I been following the AI space for a while and was excited when both AI Pin and R1 were announced. I skipped the Pin and purchased the R1 right after the keynote and Iām very happy I made that decision. There is a lot of potential with the R1 and I hope with this forum we can help make it an amazing device!
Hi Iām mat an Architect living in Rotterdam. I bought this to use as a personal assistant, but it hasnāt got any integrations and so canāt function. Iām going to try the camera mode and see what it can do to assist me in design. Hopeful it will improve!
67 years old. Retired classical music radio announcer, though I also did jazz, rock, and country for a bit. Radio used to be something, no so much now! Glad to be retired!
Iāve been beta on a ton of items. First Alexa, first Echo Glasses, Pebble watch, and so on. In effect we are beta here, and that doesnāt bother me a bit.
Built boats and explore the sloughs of Western Washington, do art, flew powered parachutes, Cessna 150s, built an EV in the early 80s, restored and drove a Model T, Cushman scooters, love to cook, and so on. I love a challenge.
I most use the R1 for music with earbuds. Also have used to summarize text that was interesting to me, but only up to a point and it was too long to read. Works pretty well. Iāve also used it to identify plants, though it was so-so on that, at least at the beginning. I am eagerly waiting for more functionality, especially as a memory aid. My memory has never been good, and age doesnāt help.
Hi Bryan, very much a man after my own heart, just love exploring the new tech.
I stretch far back with the first pc/game consoles, Amiga, Amstrad, phone dial up internet etc lol
Slightly your senior +1 yr on you havenāt got the r1 in my hands just yet processing at warehouse
Hello fellow tech fan⦠and⦠fellow senior. We are certainly on the upper fringe of the demographic here. Ah yes, I was doing those old bulletin boards that did nothing really, but seemed amazing. Then AOL. Compuserve. Prodigy. We live at an amazing time. I hope you get your R1 before too long. A bit of fun for now with some interesting prospects ahead.
Iām Drew, a video and podcast producer for an organization based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Generally, Iām a fan of hardware that runs non-mainstream OSs. Have owned a Nokia N9 (MeeGo/Harmattan), some nice Windows Phones, and a couple of Sailfish OS phones, including a Jolla ToS phone. I really think the mobile duopoly is unhealthy.
I would really like to see Rabbit and the r1 succeed. I hope they can keep up the pace of simple fixes in the near term. I would dearly like to be able to train rabbits to do tasks in the longer term. I do fear a day when Rabbit might āgo underā and the servers go dark.
My name is Andrew, I am a medical lab scientist currently working between two Hospitals. Unfortunately, with my current hours at work I have been unable to explore the new Rabbit r1. I am super excited to join the community and to learn everything about the Rabbit r1. I am very interested in the applications that this device can lend in the hospital. I hope to follow the Rabbit community to discover like-minded individuals.
Hi there and Moin
Iām some guy from Germany interested in sailing and historical boats, other hobbies include new tech and photography.
See yāall around!
Hey all! Iām Sam. I can see this being the device i need to separate phone and ai. I find talking to an assistant much more useful than typing, but Iām still in the habit of picking up my phone because i sometimes struggle to process the audio reply.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022 at 41 years old. Game changer, and made me find adaptations rather than bereating myself constantly.
The Rabbit R1, if done right could really save my from myself by giving me a separate device to use, that also has a screen. The LAM would be the dream. Even if it just sends what i want it to via email, i can automate it to do the next thing if need be.
After all the people slamming it, Iāve been anxious for mine to arrive. But the one thing none of them could complain about was that for someone who wants a separate no distraction device to access an LLM, it does that. Do i want to order thinks using it? Hell no, as for someone with impulsive tendancies thatāll be worse than when Apple Pay on the watch came around, and i went out drinkingā¦
This girl is obsessively watching for delivery updates, and the bar is low, so really it should be a decent experience.
Just want to see it keep progressing beyond this inital investment. Dont try for an R2 for a good while, please⦠It might be cheap in comparison to a lot of things, but some of us arent made of money and believe in the potential of the r1.
Hi Vincent here from cloudshaper. We are a music label and manegemnt agency for artists. Just received my Rabbit today in Belgium
Really curious what this thing can do and I hope it can become my real personal assistent one day when LAM is on point.
