I have pressed for a long time the power button, nothing
i have let it charge for 2 hours, still nothing

Oh dear, I am so sorry to hear this! Please first try a different USB cable to the one you’ve been trying, and ensure it’s connected to a proper charge plug (as opposed to a port).
If this doesn’t work, please reach out to support@rabbit.tech and I’ll push the team to prioritise and get you a new one sent out instantly.
Unfortunately tried too and doesn’t work
I can even take a vid to show you guys if needed, im not sure what happened with it cause it seems in perfect condition
