Defective product

Hello I am looking for some help or suggestions

Recently I received rabbit R1 problem is if put charging 100% and not use whole day when check next day it went to 1% from 100% without single use
What’s is the issue ??. Is this defective product or product like this only?

If you leave the unit on it will drain the battery. In setting turn off unit

It’s turn off already still same issue

I was having the same problem but i had unlinked it and restarted the setup for the last update then the battery was great after.
