R1 is not charging anymore!

My R1 was sitting for a while in my draw cabinet. Today i wanted to give it another shot and check whats new with it. Strangely it just doesn’t charge anymore.

Anything i can do ?

I think you need to say it to them via support page to get more celerity…

in the form there is a field called “Reason” where you can select “Report an issue”, I hope this could help you!

Have you tried multiple charging cables / power bricks? If you’re sure it’s not a faulty power cable or brick, I’d suggest plugging it in and leaving it for a few hours.

If that doesn’t solve it, let me know and we can get a support ticket filed

I ve tried all types of cables and chargers but nothing at all. i did a ticket already and martin from client service is handling this. looking forward to get my rabbit back :slight_smile:
