My Rabbit came with a drained battery, and it wouldn’t charge using my USB-C to USB-C cord and super-deluxe charging block. After trial and error, it charged up from zero to 100% using a USB-C to A cord and an older power block.
The initial email says to take out the Rabbit and press the button to start. That should be changed, or have FAQs linked. I’m not the only person who (initially) thought the Rabbit arrived DOA.
Same here, had to charge it.
Yes, I had to charge mine yesterday → would be nice to have a ‘cable’ inside to use, as well.
One other point I had difficulty with, the r1 kept saying ‘Scan The QR code’ → the only QR code I could see/find was the one on the case (set-up instructions), which it didn’t read. Adding a couple of words ‘on the set-up on your computer’, or something explaining where/how to find it would help everyone.
i’m in the ame situation. i’m unable to find the QR code. if some can help me. please
I found the QR → I started the set-up of r1 on my laptop, and then the needed QR code showed up on the screen. Try re-doing log-in and set-up again ~
Go to https://login.rabbit.tech/ and create an account
Go to https://login.rabbit.tech/ and create an account, you will have the QR Code
Yep, ran into the same confusion during setup. Was setting up my dad’s r1 first and didn’t notice the Irabbit.tech/activate link, but saw it when mine had charged enough to start up.
