I had to purchase a sim card to then take the rabbit to a zoo for some test photos and then got home yesterday and put it on charge and then this morning it was still at the same percentage - 68% for the last 12 hours.
I then turned the sim use off so it would switch to wifi and now it charge.
So seems to always be working hard on sim card at the same rate that the rabbit is charging…
I have WiFi and cellular on all the time I just plug in r1 and it charges no problrm
for me if I have cellular turned on it charges 1% and then loses 1% and never increases, but once turning cellular off it charges
I don’t know of anyone else having the problem. You could try a full factory reset and then set it up again see it fixes it. But I would wait till after Thursday to see what the update may have.
Does it depend on your charger?
Like if you charge from your laptop USB port vs. a mains powered charger vs. a power bank?
works fine when charging (cable from a mac computer - not a apple lead) but as soon as I turn Cellular on it doesn’t charge
I am far from wifi and I have a SIM card but my device charges very well in 1 hour and 20 minutes from 0% to 100% and from home plugs. My charger IS a 0.5 A and also from a power bank
I use a Samsung charger and it works great charges fast. No problems. I have had it charge on WiFi before I put Sim in. And on cellular when Sim is activated. No problems check the wattage of the charger
I forgot to update this from a few days ago, I did a forced power down with the sim in and activated and then powered up and seems to be charging correctly now
