Rabbit unresponsive this week as well as struggle to stay connected again.

Last week after the Beta Rabbit update my r1 was working flawlessly. This week after the newest update it drastically changed. She doesn’t respond to ques anymore most of the time and it’s having lots of network issues staying connected to cellular and WiFi.

That’s really strange, I think my r1 works much better after the last update than before.

Is the problem only with WiFi or also with Cellurar?

I tried with both. As well as Turing off/on roaming. It’s the same with both.

With that being said, it comes and goes, but it only comes and goes since the last update. For example, night before last at 9 PM it worked perfectly to tell my daughter a bedtime story and had no issues. Yesterday During the day it worked fine However, last night at about 9 PM it started acting up again. To the point where I was ready to smash it against the wall. This morning, it worked perfectly up until about 12:30 PM central time. Then it started acting up again and continued to do so until about 3 PM.

It does two things. Either it responds with I’m on it or watch me cook and then never does anything else Or it starts on the task and then just quits on its own and loses its entire memory of anything that it was doing.

Oh no, please don’t do that! Well, to be honest, it sounds to me like there might be regional problems with the internet. Could that be the case? I mean, there’s a lot of bad stuff going on online at the moment because of all the bad things in the world. What you should definitely try is testing r1 in another place, as far away from your place as possible. Maybe I’m right in my assumption.

I took it to work with me and had the same issue. I work in a whole different city about 40 minutes (interstate travel) from my house. I also tried the work WiFi which is fiber optic and still had the same issue.

On the other hand, it could be a load balance problem with some servers, perhaps even regionally related, but unfortunately I can’t give you any information on that. You might have to turn to @simon or an another magician-rabbit with this question.

I appreciate your feedback. I haven’t given up and I’m not going to. It works great when it isn’t doing that. I know this is all beta testing for the most part and I’m okay with that. I am mainly giving feedback to support the project.

Also that back button in rabbit hole is much needed! As well as the last two updates (minus the small issue I’m having) really brings the r1 to life!

That’s good, you should never give up in life! I speak from experience. This is also the case with technical things like an r1.
