Hello Support Team, can you, or anybody, please help?
I’ve been waiting since June 2025 to receive return labels to send my confirmed faulty Rabbit back and receive a new one. See email below. Since then, no reply. Is the Rabbit project still alive? Is the Support Team still operating? Holiday and overload excuses aside, it is September now…
This is the last email from support (June 16, 2025):

I’m really sorry for the delay. I completely understand how frustrating this must be.
I can confirm we’ve received your information, and I’ve just reached out to our team again to help expedite your return label. While I don’t have an exact timeline yet, I’ll make sure to keep you updated and follow up as soon as I hear back.

Please help to exchange my faulty Rabbit for a new one, or guide me through the procedure to get my money back, as I’m losing trust in this project due to the prolonged silence of your support team.
