Hey folks,
my R1 gets really hot, the battery drains super fast, and overall it’s really slow. I’ve emailed support twice but never got a response.
Has anyone experienced the same or knows what I can do?
Would really appreciate any help.

I’m also experiencing both the issues and “support”. As an initial backer it’s disappointing as I have enjoyed being along for the ride, but currently my unit is unusable. Hoping OS2 will offer a fix
Disspointed i still havent heard back on my ticket since end of May. I’m going on a trip in Oct and would like to take my rabbit, but i dont know where i stand without a response from the Rabbit team.
