I created 3 tickets in total with Rabbit R1 support and I’ve been trying to follow up on emails but I didn’t get any response from the team, its been 6+ months and I’m not able to update the R1. Can anyone look into this? Just send me a message and I can share all the details via chat “OTA update failed“ and also I tried to reset and this was the fix they mentioned “. Please power on your r1, connect it to Wi-Fi, plug it into a charger, and then press the side button 5 times to perform a memory refresh. Your r1 should start downloading the latest update.“ but this didn’t work and later on no one from support team were able to assist on this

We looked into your account, and it shows that you do not have an r1 connected to your account and you have not logged into rabbithole for several months.
Please try the following steps:
- Perform a factory reset on your r1 from the Settings.
- Log into rabbithole and unlink your r1
- When the factory reset is complete, relink from rabbithole using the QR code.
- This should allow the updates to download.
