Hi all
My r1 is continuously saying it is ‘connecting’ and all my recordings, magic camera etc are no longer available.
I reached out to support about a week ago but no replies as yet, so I thought I’d try here…
I suspect something has happened to my account (it’s been a year) but I have no idea where and how to find out the status of it.
Any pointers would be appreciated!

Not seeing this over here, is your service back now?
Mine has been useless since yesterday.
Zero response from customer support.
Rabbit Hole just says ‘loading’.
How about it Simon ?
Connecting fine here for me - mind you I haven’t applied the latest update so I’ll try after that.
Perhaps the “connecting” message is because there is no internet connection ?
If you’re using a sim try turning off mobile data and connet using WIFI to your access point.
The Rabbithole is also working fine.

WiFi is fine, so is the rabbit hole
tempted to do a reset but that may turn into a paperweight!

We are looking at the logs, but if you have any more details it would be helpful. Had anything happening prior to this issue beginning? Have you used meeting recorder recently? If you have videos showing the error message that would be helpful too.

Thanks for doing this. I think it coincided with the anniversary of my activating the r1 for the first time. I upgraded to os2 without any problems but it stopped working a few days after that.
I’m wondering if I need to renew a license or something but I can’t see anywhere on the website that I can do this

We’ve identified the problem and will get it resolved as soon as possible, thank you for reporting it!
We suspected it’s down to some changes we made for meeting assistant.
