Anyone else having problems with their R1

Mine has been unable to connect for several days now.

Pretty much useless if it can’t connect.

Are you connected on WiFi or cellular? Have you tried a factory reset?

Well on this topic would it be possible for the team to add a offline LLM?@simon

r1 doesn’t have the horsepower to support an offline LLM, as far as I understand, plus it would require a huge amount of engineering resources even if it did that we feel are better spent elsewhere.

The factory reset did not change anything. I am connecting via wi-fi. It was a problem (yours, not mine) with my rabbit hole account. I was able to log in on the computer, but could not access the journal and the R1 just said ‘connecting’ for days. I un linked the device and set up a new rabbit hole account with a different email and it came right back to life. The camera still gets stuck pointing downwards quite often though.

Thanks for sharing! We have identified the problem, and once resolved you should be able to use your original account.

As a computer tech for over 40 years I am curious. Was this ‘problem’ the same thing that was repeatedly duplicating and even creating magic images?

I would often have to delete more than a dozen every day.

It hasn’t happened since I created the new account.

I don’t mean to sound negative with my posts but if I don’t return a support call within an hour or two my customers will send someone out to look for me.

Never mind Beta, this is borderline Alpha testing that we the consumer are doing for you.
