Hi everyone,
I note that some people have been unable to use certain SIMs due to no option to configure APNs on device.
Until such time as we can build that, we do have the ability to add some more APN configurations on the backend to open up support for some of these networks.
If you’d like us to add this, please provide the following information to me via DM.
APN Name
APN
MCC
MNC
APN Type
APN Protocol
and drop a comment in here when you’ve DM’d me so I know to check.
Thanks!

I recently got a data SIM in Japan. I’d like to use it on my Rabbit R1. Here are the details:
APN Name: WG
APN: ppsim.jp
Authentication ID (User Name): pp@sim
Password: jp
Protocol Type: CHAP or PAP
PDP Type: IP connection
Not sure how that corresponds with your list though.

Thanks, I’ll get that sent over the team and hopefully it can make into the next OTA.

With OS2.0 I still don’t see the SIM functioning. Did it not make it into the build?

Yes, this is in Japan, near Osaka. The ppsim.jp operates on NTT Docomo’s network apparently, and is a data-only prepaid travel SIM.
