Hey all - thought it would be good to have a post with SIM cards confirmed to work on r1.

If you are using one that works, reply in this thread and I’ll add it to this list. If something is not on this list that does not mean it does not work, just that nobody has reported it here yet.

Sweden, Confirmed Working:

  • Telness

(I think Telness is actually using Telia, which is the biggest carrier in Sweden, but I don’t know enough about how that translates to SIM cards, so hopefully someone will test with Telia SIMs as well.)

I’m using a data only sim I pulled from my iPad Mini on Verizon Wireless that works great.

The Netherlands Lebara (Sim only). Lebara uses the KPN network.

Sim only tip: I’ve paid €3 got €10 of balance!

Italy: with TIM and Fastweb it’s working fine.
The sim cards connected immediately and the connections are great.

Germany - Vodafone and 1und1 I have tested a Data SIM card only.
