Wheel Drift problem

Hi @simon !

I have some kind of wheel drift on my R1, I tried restarting it but nothing changed. Do you, or someone else, have any idea to change that ?

This isn’t something I’ve seen happen outside of:

  • your posts
  • when you lay the device on a table and bump the wheel
    :frowning:

Do you also have the “maraca feature”? :grinning: It works off of magnetic fields, so I’m wondering if the loose screw is messing with it?

Hi!

I didn’t hit it on a table, I’m very careful with my devices, I can’t stand the slightest scratch or shock :sweat_smile: but the “drift” was gradual. It’s happening more and more frequently. I’m wondering if dust could be responsible for it. I work in a dusty environment. And no, I don’t have the “maracas” feature, I’m lucky for that! :laughing:

I have the same problem with the wheel drifting, try looking at the photo galaxy and there you’ll notice it, I’m hopping it’s a software issue, not a hardware issue
