New R1 Arrived, rattling noise inside

Is this normal? Sounds like a loose screw or something inside even if I just move the r1 / slightly shake it.

It’s a common problem. It can be fixed, but you have to open the device.

Unfortunately it is a common issue.

Please don’t open the r1! If you have just received it, there is a warranty. If you open it, you break the warranty!

  1. Raise a ticket with support.
  2. Support is very busy, and there may be a delay in their response. So, I recommend that if you don’t have proof of shipment before your return period expires, then return the r1 to the store where you bought it.
