Sometimes when I try to create a note and holding PTT, like 3-5 mins, the device restarts
This behavior is probably pretty deep in the system, because this is how most, if not all, smartphone-like devices behave. But there is definitely a solution or a trick that the developers could come up with. For example, you could make a deeper system level that is responsible for this believe that the button has not been pressed in the meantime, without ending the recording, of course. (@simon)
thank you for tagging that Rabbit guy
if you hold the button for more than 60s it will restart. If you don’t notes pay attention to the rabbits ears they should be up as if it’s listening than do notes etc if they are not up then it’s not listening and holding the button. Will shut it off.
It’s really annoying when you should tell a lot stuff, for example kwh per year consumed, price from energy company, solar panel kit tech specqs, months which could be totally covered by solar kit productions, returns from unused energy given to the network etc…You need more than 1 minute
I can understand that and think there should be a solution for it. For example, that the restart of r1 should be remapped somehow or that it should only be possible to restart r1 in this way if something is stuck or not working properly.
