reminders are too short now and leave out important details

I love the ability to quickly grab r1 and say a reminder and have it saved for me before I forget or get distracted by something else. Lately r1 just summarizes the reminders too much.

For example if I say “set a reminder that I need to buy paper towels and toilet paper at costco” it will leave out “costco” and the reminder will just say “buy paper towels and toilet paper”. In this example this may not seem important but it is when r1 leaves out one of the main parts of the reminder. Like if it’s “buy cheese at walmart for the sale that ends next week” and if the reminder just says “buy cheese” if I look at this later I might not remember where the sale was or why I wanted a reminder to buy cheese.

I had to fight with r1 to get it to add the word Amazon to a reminder and having to beg it to save a full reminder with all key details and the extra effort and time that takes makes it not a great feature anymore. I understand that it will summarize things but it’s leaving out key details and makes the reminders turn from helpful notes and todo lists to vague mysteries when I look at them later.

I don’t know what was tweaked but please turn down the summarization prompt or something.

like I just tried again to create a reminder about a few things I need to buy at Home Depot. I tried to say “Home Depot” first this time thinking maybe that will do something different than naming the items first and then the location to buy them. Well now my reminder just says “Buy items at Home Depot” and doesn’t specify any of the items and it is now a complete mystery if I try to refer to this reminder later. So it’s definitely just grabbing the first thing you say and dropping basically the rest of the reminder. If I had said the items first it would have not added “Home Depot” which is also important. This was a reminder for 2 items. This was not a 30 min speech. r1 didn’t use to do this, it used to add all the key details of a reminder.
