Eventually after logging out and back in, hitting refresh on the right pane, and on my browser, something finally starts a session and I can then speak to the r1. Otherwise speaking to the r1 results in “I can’t access websites directly…”
That leads me to my second question, can you not use the Playground (request actions from the r1) without being logged into the rabbit hole and the playground page? I get it that in this playground the point is to pose your request and watch what is happening step by step.
Issue - I ask r1 to go to or open my google calendar and tell me what I have scheduled for today. Previously, I did all the log in stuff so I’m already logged in to google in the browser. It clicks the Google Apps button
And states that it did so. Then it says that it is clicking the calendar icon to open the calendar. Nothing happens on the screen. after several seconds, it again says it is clicking the calendar icon, but nothing on the screen. it is stuck in this loop until i manually help it and click the calendar icon. it then proceeds with the requested action and finally tells me what I have scheduled. I have other examples, but the point is it seems it can’t click in these popup menus.
Not sure I am totally getting/understanding all your comments. But, here are some thoughts.
If you are using the R1, ask the question and then hit refresh on the playground window. (that is how it works best for me). I wait until the R1 starts responding and that I am sure it is actually going to Google and completing the tasks.
Not sure I get your statement on this one. But, my guess is that you need to be logged in, to initiate your LAM playground.
Are you saying you logged in, on the LAM window browser (not your PC or Mac browser). I have seen a few people state the tasks get stuck in a loop, so this may actually be a bug.
Thanks rodrop,
I just tested and found my answer to #2 What I meant was can we use the LAM Playground while away from our computers, just via voice from our r1. The answer is yes. i just prompted “go to rabbit.tech and read me the Lam Playground page” it went to the site, navigated to the page and read it outload and also displayed the contents on the r1 screen. Simple test but this is brilliant!
for #3 yes in the LAM Playgorund browser in the right pane of the page. it get stuck trying to navigate that sub menu to select the calendar. Alternatively I tell it to go directly to the calendar by going to calendar,google.com and since from there it is signed into my acount it just navigates to today and tells me what I have scheduled for today.
