Future Rabbit Hardware

What other form factors do you think would make a good fit for future Rabbit devices? Personally, I would like to see some sort of home assistant that I can call out to from across the room.

id like a dedicated work device/station… perhaps a laptop? this would have integration with the r1 so i could ask it things about whats on my laptop or about work I’ve recently done and it could help - or it could assist me from the laptop/pc while i work.

That would be cool. I think many people could benefit from LAM being a part of their workflow once it’s expanded

So here’s how I see it:

At some point, cadence to be determined, it seems like there might be appetite for a more premium version of the existing r1 form factor.

“Thing 1” is our take on a wearable, the first wearable to include a vision type mode.

Beyond those I think all options are open but we have lots of cool ideas!

That could be cool, some sort of home assistant. I almost wonder if some sort of multi-purpose docking thing for your desk would be something useful. Like, the r1 is for on the go, when you get back, dock it, now it’s a desktop screen for a clock/reminders/etc, and it can then it can integrate with your desktop or what have you.

Seems like a lot of folks picking up the r1 work at computers or are just flat out in tech, so maybe don’t always need it portable during work.

Who knows. The Hidock sorta did something like that, even though it’s terrible, but I think it shows the demand might be there for something stationary with expanded capabilities.

We definitely need a kind of rabbit watch :watch:

Don’t like to have a phone or an other device with my while cycling for example so a wearable form factor is definitely needed.

In my opinion, a wearable would be cool but it doesn’t have to be a watch. I will not be using two watches, I have the Apple Watch and I love it. I use it for sports too and to track my vitals, so having another watch at the same time would look awful. It has to be something that can complement our outfit in some way, not something replacing existing gadgets used for other things.

That said, is it needed? At the present time, I don’t think so. The r1 is great and enough for what it’s capable of doing so far. I carry it everywhere and I also carry my phone. I’m taking pictures all the time for the Magic Camera feature.
