Frankly Dissappointed..

As an initial backer, active community member, and someone who excitedly promoted the R1 in Asia, I logged a ticket in May about my faulty unit from the first batch, and initially I got a response from support promising a replacement unit. As of September i, had no response from support. I am AI researcher and general enthusiast, so i committed to purchase another unit with my own money (Sept 5th), as of Nov 5th i have had no update regarding shipping and have chased support without response.

Needless to say, I’m losing faith in the project going forward. Very disappointing
