I was supposed to receive my R1 last week, DHL said it was delivered at my neighbours, it wasn’t. DHL told me to take it up with you guys, since you are their paying customer. I put in an support request and got an invite to join this forum, so… can anyone help?
Ah yes I did open a support ticket six days ago, I thought the invite to this forum was in response to that but I’ll wait for support to get back to me.
From my experience for being in the 6th batch of r1s, it took me 3 months from start to finish to get mine in the mail since I ordered in March and it got delivered to me in the middle of June. It’s not that bad of a wait since every r1 in each batch is being made hot off the production line for 2 months and in the last month, all of them made for that batch are sent all at once to rabbit’s warehouse (actually US eLogistics that is somewhat reliable from most people’s experiences) who then hands it off to USPS (national shipping carriers mostly!) for final delivery at the very end of those 3 months right after you place an order. Your milage may vary but you gotta be patient!
Hi I ordered R1 on Saturday and an hour ago I was notified of my refund. What refund? I never ordered a refund. I ordered an R1 order 763911399842. Cancel the refund pls and send my R1. This is a duplicate msg - I reflied to the refund email with the same, and msg support via the site but i doubt anyone will read before reversing is too late so that’s why I came here. If you cant cancel the refund and I need to reorder fine - just let me know so we can get this buy and R1 on the road. TY.
