After resetting the device I was able to get the camera to function again for about two days.
I used the device to capture a 15 minute recording . Immediately after that I tried to take a photo and the camera was pointing downward once again. This time resetting is having no effect. It’s been like this for two days now. It cannot be activated after the reset because the camera can not get a clear picture of the screen. If this keeps up I may have to return the unit as I don’t want to pay to be a beta tester.
