Its not a good look when I buy this device, finally get it in the mail and then just as soon as I take it out of the box and get it turned on I cannot activate it because your activation site is down and cannot give an eta as to when it will be back up.

I have same problem. I bought my Rabbit R1 but don’t activate for problem to Rabbit Hole:

Well I started my Rabbit aka Maxine and then she started doing this in the screen after startup.. Former IT admin for what its worth… tried to reset/reboot and I get a chirp and thats it. She will not shutdown!!. Now what? HELP!!! Thank you

maybe the reason for this issue could be the disconnect of the rabbit server, which is mentioned here: 01/10/25 service downtime - #6 by simon

at approximately 7am pacific time today, we became aware of a service disruption affecting both rabbithole and r1 devices, leaving r1 devices stuck on the “connecting” message. a small number of users have also reported that their devices have reset. we’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

additionally, if your device has reset, once service is restored you will be able to re-link r1 to your device in rabbithole. if necessary, you may need to click “unlink your device” in rabbithole, and then link it again from the QR code. all data in your rabbithole will be saved.

we appreciate your patience as we continue to investigate this, and we’ll keep you posted as soon as it has been resolved.

I noticed a strange thing, with my home wifi connection I can not access the rabbit hole or this forum nor does it connect, my R1 remains in connection in progress, if I make hotspot with the smartphone or use a VPN then I can connect to everything including the r1, how is something like this possible I have no restrictions whatsoever on the connection, nor do I activate firewalls or similar things
