if your r1 had reset during the service disruption, you can re-link it using the QR code in rabbithole. you may need to click “unlink your r1” first, and then you should see the option to relink it. rest assured that all of your rabbithole data remains up-to-date and secure.

Is this why the past day or so my rabbit main ui would just spin loading saying connecting and wouldn’t do anything even though in network i was connected? It has started working again

Yep, that’s right - we had a service disruption for approx 24 hours that prevented the cloud service from working.

hey simon
my second order for r1 was shipped to me but the delivery company end up returning it.
the support team is not replying , can we find a solution for this or return my money at least ?
