My r1 is in update mode since yesterday evening. The update started yesterday but is still running. r1 is preparing the update for 12 hours now. It says ‘this will take around 20 mins’. It has been running since yesterday. How can I reset this proces?
I cannot turn it on or off.
The issue has been solved. Hard reset and now it is updating. 
I can not make hardrest, but i can only network settings oben not more, what i can do to hard reset then i can not change setting only networknsett7ngs open then i shake the device
I would suggest 60-second button press to shutdown then attempt again. It should be running from then on.
