🤡 TEACH MODE useless for me, I found a different way to do everything I want!

 Disclaimer: This post is not for everyone!!!

I found a different way to get completed all my tasks without need to TEACH it!

I say without teach it, because where I found that is blocking, I will change my issued step and ta-da, the workaround works great!

Here how to do…

I opened https://keep.google.com/ and wrote here my steps, like this:

  • vai su website.address
  • clicca su “Website voice”
  • clicca su “Website button”
  • effettua 2 ricerche

If a step fails, simply going to the note and WORK to explain better only this step and try again, till r1 is able to complete! :boom:

Now when I go to LAM Playground I paste the link of my note and every action is processed without any problem, yes I know it is not perfect, but a good workaround for me! I am going to delete all lessons in TEACH MODE now!

It also works for me. Just one thing (maybe I haven’t figured that out properly)…

There seems to be one drawback to this approach… you need to manually paste the URL of the note that you want executed into the LAM playground each time.

Do you have a workaround so that I can have a notes executed using a voice prompt?

Mmmmmm… never tried by a prompt by voice, I will add here some little videos to show the potential… a little starting lesson could be change language here in the forum preferences, that is a little bit difficult to do without TEACH MODE, but I want to show you that is possible… this is only thing I am unable to do…

A good prompt to workaround spelling of the link could be:

Go on “Google Keep” and execute the note called “XYZ”

I am doing it now… and I have a lot of fun… I’ve recorded a video on 30 mins, I will put here later

For me, it prefers “Google Keep” instead of the address, so 5/10 works with “keep.google.com” but 8/10 works with “Google Keep”…

Now I have this big problem, but I am thinking to use Perplexity to create a better prompt, but I’ve not tried…

3rd step is when it blocks

Another trick is write the prompt in a draft in any webmail that exist in the worldwide, I’ve tried with Gmail and Outlook and it work, better than this “Google Keep” because it is really simple to recall the performing task saying go to Gmail drafts and execute instructions from the email with subject “XYZ”…

A little bit different is doing through TO-DO from Microsoft but more complex, but is funny because if you get the app from the smartphone you will be able to change any tasks “on the fly” completing you the tasks that r1 really completed  very funny! The same “on the fly” is doing with any mail client, this I’ve already tried with Gmail, but not with Google Keep that I think permits to do on the fly also from there (if the app exist?!? IDK)

I watched your video regarding Microsoft rewards. The following approach also works…

The cycle:

  1. Go to https://bing.com
  2. Perform a search from the list
  3. Repeat until all searches have been completed from the list.

To execute this properly, you need to have a list of trending searches.

  1. Google has a list of daily trending searches: https://trends.google.com/trending?geo=US
  2. Click on Export
  3. Click on Copy to clipboard
  4. Go to Note in Google Keep
  5. Paste the content into the note
  6. Paste the following text to the beginning of each line: - go to https://bing.com/ and search for
  7. Place the search query between quotes

The note looks like this:
Note title: search links

Now execute the note in LAM playground. For now I just used the URL in LAM playground, instead of trying this with a voice prompt.

Thanks for your time Nico, I appreciate your examples! I am at work now but this evening I will try your suggested approach!

Thank you so much!!! I am reading also your PDF manual day by day and I am impressed of your work! I think you must advertise here if is it possible… yeah due to the ToS this for profit is not permitted but I think you could be an exception maybe?!?.. I suggest at least all the people here going to see what you have done…

Dove sei? Facciamo aperitivo RABBIT a Milano o Pavia?
E" molto interessante questo WORKAROUND. Fantastico direi. Bravo

:boom: anyway now r1 is going well and in the right way!!! I love it!

With Gmail there is a little problem that after 2 days lost my preferences and I need to insert again credentials to the cookia jar… but with Outlook from Microsoft it’s a pleasure because it remaining connected forever … yeahhhhh so if you will use the draft mails in Outlook no any problems!!!

I’ve earned a mention in your great cookbook… wow, thank you!

but what are seeing my eyes in the next pages?!?!?!?!?

what, what, what? …at page 31

Adding code as executable code in the rabbithole
You can add executable code to the rabbithole in a number of ways.

Thank you for your very fantastic work @nzwaneveld!

#UPDATE we forgot to test also a different way:

The Terminal

Asking to going on keep.google.com to read instructions in a note with title “XYZ” rate success 100% and got 100% also for the other requests, I am impressed also from these different modes:

  • With Voice
  • With Terminal
  • With LAM Playground (like a terminal)
via Voice via Terminal via LAM Playground
Address URL Service Name Service Name
keep.google.com Google Keep Google Keep
25% Success 45% Success 35% Success

…and after also doing these tests that allowed me to determine that the failure rates encountered are due to the type of mode used…

via Voice via Terminal via LAM Playground
Service Name Address URL Address URL
Google Keep keep.google.com keep.google.com
100% Success 100% Success 100% Success

…so, in terminal mode the website in URL format is preferred while when making voice requests the name of the service is preferred, like this:

With Voice → Service Name:
Google Keep, GMAIL, BING Rewards, etc.

With Terminal → Address URL:
keep.google.com, gmail.google.com, rewards.bing.com, etc.com

With LAM Playground (like a terminal) → Address URL:
keep.google.com, gmail.google.com, rewards.bing.com, etc.com

BONUS

This was the other scenario where the rabbit ask to me how to want to proceed and I wrote from the terminal to open the draft and follow the instructions
