Red Pocket Provider

Anyone have a solution for the R1 not being supported by Red Pocket to get it on their system?

I see the customer service told the two guys in the discord there’s no support too but somehow they we’re able to get it on?

I tried by the Mobile app that tells it just can’t activate it, on the site in Edge on Win 10 and in Chrome where those latter tell me I am getting a SMS and it never shows. Red pocket is no help I saw it talk about calling customer service for APN setup bit I know we can’t see that.

Trying to track what you are saying. Are you in a situation where you are not receiving the confirmation text from Red Pocket to activate the service on your R1? If yes, is it because the R1 is data only and you can’t receive a text (I know you are saying you have the mobile app but that may not work if the R1 does not get it–just a guess), If that is the case and I am correct, can you activate the service on a smart phone and then move the SIM to the rabbit r1? Just a wild guess to try.

I was considering this but it “sends an SMS” when it activates the IMEI, so I think switching it would need a new verification and I am using an e-sim myself on my current phone.

It almost seems like the andoid App for red pocket is looking for the sim to activate it on the device? I don’t know. Their team for help was useless.

@rabbit and Team, any Expectations for more settings on our devices soon so we can connect to low cost providers and have more use of our device? APN, etc?

I miss I can’t use it on the Go! I think we’d have a good bit more use if we could access these.

Sadly it goes nuts in prices I found.
Tello - $5 - Unrealiable
Red Pocket - $10 - Won’t connect
T-Moble $30 - Too much
Verizon $50 - (my provider) way too much.

Thanks guys!
