Yeah I mean they have been very hard at work. And I hope they know how much we appreciate what their doing so I don’t mind waiting but I’m just really excited.

eagerly anticipating the 2.0 update! the teaser vid was what really made me cave and purchase my r1. engaging with ai products, i find i sometimes struggle articulating vocal prompts (i’m far more effective in writing), so the scrollable cards feature will be a major upgrade for me. and i love the design direction!

Hopefully on Monday but also we need to give them time as much as I want the update the first time around with RabbitOS1.0 they got very bad reviews which I think is quite unfair but they need to get it right this time because this is there second chance. Go rabbit. @rabbit

This is true, we were all critical and they’ve worked hard. I’ll give them that! So Yes, whilst I’m getting fixated on the date moving into the year I think they want 2.0 to be a real stand out and I guess good things take time.

Me too friend, me too! so let’s pump them up. I’m really looking forward to having a super simple interface to just make using all of R1 feel the same as the desktop or the device. I appreciate the intern aside being there is a separate thing and I’m glad they’re trying other ways to innovate, people paying to use rabbit without an R1 is a great thing for us all!

Thought it would come yesterday
Simon is going to reveal a sneak peek of the new R Cade tomorrow on discord, so i guess the release is at least a week away, but i think even more, some cards like Intern aren’t added to the build yet and i imagine that kind of thing takes a bit of time.

Here’s the video Simon made, according to him alpha testers will receive the update within a week, so if all goes well OS2 should arrive soon for everyone !

Hey all! Yes we are working hard on OS2, and we are getting much closer. It is taking a little longer than we thought, but it’s much more important that we get it right. I got a new staff build myself last week and it’s much more responsive with tons more bugs fixed. As @Mephistoka mentioned, we are getting close to pushing a build to alpha testers for the final rounds of feedback and bug fixing.
