When I try and scan the qr code, the camera can not read it.

on which device the qr code appears?
Maybe you can create a screenshot from the qr code with your smartphone to zoom the qr code. After than, you can easily scan this code.
I want to scan the qr code on the box where the rabbit device was in, @BlueNexus9 I will try what you have mentioned now.
The solution @BlueNexus9 did not work, I can’t log into the rabbit device at all, is their a different way the the to scan the qr code ?

The QR Code should also appear on the website ‘hole.rabbit-tech’.
You can register/log-in there.

After log-in in the menu ‘settings → device’ I think you can link your device, too.
So the people have had a minor problem with QR code it comes down to the light level in the room and also the camera distance.
The qr code on the plastic box/ case for the r1 is the manual for the r1 it take your to the website etc. the qr code that comes on the r1 screen is the register code for your r1 to link it to the rabbit hole.
With the one that comes on the r1 screen people adjusted the light in the room and the phone camera to zoom in or out until it was read. You may also want to check the r1 camera protector has no finger marks or dust on it. Sometime we Codes can be difficult for cameras to read it’s light levels etc that effect them.
