I’m ready! When?
On this occasion from what I’ve read on the two separate articles that have covered the topic of the playground LAM. I’m trying to be cautiously optimistic in the same way I have been as the product has arrived. I’ve overall been very happy with the rabbits capabilities acknowledging it caveats and some of the early promises That are arriving appear to be things in good faith and I’m happy with that. I had the first iPhone 3G international, in a Country outside of the USA. Well, it was a revolutionary device in theory. However, everyone is quickly to forget back then I could do hardly anything with it. Apple even had a long way to go. I’m seeing the R1 and rabbits in the same light.
I am hoping the large action playground is the thing that starts taking us to where we thought we would be when we received our devices. I’m very understanding and caring, but I’m also cautious about expecting too much from the very first go realising how much work must go into these things. I love Perplexity, but rabbit needs to start behaving more like ChatGPT in conversation. And more like Siri in terms of executing simple tasks like Reminders calendars, alarms clocks notes, pictures of things that I’ve asked questions about and easily able to bring the stuff up for a review either on the device or otherwise.
