They’re very hard to open though.
Mine has had the rattle for some time now, although it was about six months after purchase. That said I had initially thought that it was causing my Rabbit to crash occasionally. However I’ve come to learn that my device crashes only when battery level is below a certain percentage and i try to open the camera. I havent quiet narrowed down that exact percentage but if I plan on extensive camera use I connect to my power bank and have zero issues. Im not convinced now that the rattle is linked to the crash issue. I contacted support and never got a reply but Im honestly not stressing it as my device functions as intended. Given its documented; Ill worry about device replacement if and when Im hindered by the problem. Ive approached my entire Rabbit adventure on the idea that this is all more or less prototype turned public. We’re guinea pigs! Ive received more than enough compensation for the relatively low investment.
Watched this video on what the problem is, too bad it has to be cracked open to fix but doable
