Hey all, had the R1 for barely a week and now the camera won’t line up anymore, all it sees is orange and it has a rattling sound. It has been kept inside its plastic case. I’ve tried rebooting it several times and the camera is still misaligned

Hi, I’ve gotten the camera to realign by opening and closing the camera with the side button but there is still a huge rattle inside like a piece of loose plastic.
EDIT, AND STILL WAITING!! Don’t expect a fast resolution if your device is broken or not functioning properly, thinking this is a scam.
Still waiting to hear from anyone, the R1 basically now feels like a cheap plastic kids toy, rattles very loudly and camera is now always askew and I have to constantly reboot it to get it to go straight again. I’ve turned it off as it’s pretty useless now.
