Metric and °Celsius

How do you change your setup to default to metric and °C. Only three countries in the world use the imperial system as their official system of measurement: the U.S., Liberia and Myanmar, and now we have to sit this. Really?

You can tell your r1 to always answer in metric and celsius. It will work for a few requests and then it reverts back to imperial and Fahrenheit, quite frustrating.

Yes, really.

You can ask for weather, and each time you ask r1 to use celsius degrees.

On other questions it might not work at all. For example, i asked for tides times in my town by the ocean. It gave me the correct information, with swell height in feet. I asked again, using metric system, but r1 said it can’t access tides times… So, yep, it’s even more problematic than what it looks.

The r1 knows where I live, Australia, Celsius like every other “Location” known app?

Its a known bug. R1 team aware of this bug.

It’s not a bug as it was not integrated.

It is a bug, if it remember for few queries then forgets. Confirmed by r1 team they are aware of the “issue”.

Oh you mean the goldfish memory timeframe, ok, i thought tuning imperial/metric, °F/°C
