If you try to add parameters for a voice and it fails over and over again you may lose you r1 voice even the original one. I had to turn off the magic voice in the rabbit hole. Then if you ask the r1 something you should get your original r1 voice back. But it seems not to fix the problem of the magic voice working when you turn it back on, in the rabbit hole, you still get the error about it not meeting the guidelines etc, even if the txt parameters are the same as one used before that I have no idea if the magic voice/11labs system for the r1 is down or they only allow so many tried with different parameters before they suspended you for a time. It would be good if the above could be looked into.
So if you lose the voice and the magic voice won’t accept the parameters and keeps throwing up errors turn off the magic voice in the rabbit hole and keep it off, this should bring the original voice back to the r1. If you turn the magic voice on and then try again with parameters and it still fails then the r1 will still have no voice, so you have to turn off the magic voice permanently until the bug is fixed or you will have no voice. I have also notice that the magic voice can fail and still keep old parameters and still not work.
Yes, I think we recently filed a bug for this.
Is Magic Voice not working for you at all at the moment? If so we may have to manually clear out your voice database to fix this before we ship the permanent fix.

The magic voice stop working. it could be the number of voices I tried to find the best one that’s caused the problems if it’s got a cache or stage buffer if may be full and need flushing out. So the magic voice just throwing up the error of being unable to do it. If you come out of the rabbit hole out with the magic voice left turned on, you get no voice from the r1. But if you turn off the magic voice in the rabbit hole you get the original r1 back. No matter how many time you try it you now get the error plus voice or not voice as stated above.
Yes, i got this exact bug. It has to be fixed manually by rabbit for now.
Thanks to Simon the problem was fixed so we are all clear to go again.
This time I found that not only could I tell it the parameters in the magic voice section on the rabbit hole but also tell it on the r1 without interacting with the rabbit hole magic voice section. How did i find this out, I had a voice I wanted and then I pressed the button on the r1 and said you sound like …. And it change the voice, so I lost the voice I liked:joy:
