I just took delivery today of the r1. Setup was as smooth as butter following the prompts on the r1 screen to connecting to the home WiFi, downloading the available update and inserting the sim… .

Here in the UK I’m using a Smarty 2GB Data only sim, £5 a month but I get a group discount which brings it down to £4.50, monthly rolling contract. Worked perfectly as soon as it was inserted.
If I find I’m using more than 2 GB which I doubt, I’ll probably pull the trigger on this 3 prepaid Data Sim 3GB which works out £3.40 per month. Recommended by a r1 member as working without any issues

hmmm after a mishap and a wrong delivery I got my Rabbit R1 3 days ago. Delivery took about 5 days. Thanks @Rabbit! I am loving playing with the Magic Camera and the device was keeping the family entertained with the magic camera.
I am so excited to try out new things with it!
