I love to utilize my Rabbit Magic Cam daily, though since the OTA update on 6/20/24 I have not been able to download my Magic Camera images or Original Images on hole.rabbit.tech via Mobile Device (android). If I select the download arrow it gives me the prompts to download original image or Magic Cam image, though once selected nothing happens. In the past it would download to mobile device (android) with ease. Any others out there having same said issues Downloading? The download function works perfectly fine for me on my PC, just not mobile device (android). I have cleaned my device, cleared cache, tried multiple browsers. Again this only occurred post update. Thank you in advance.
6/20/24 Software Update OTA download function on Android device no longer works for Magic Cam images
I don’t think it works on iPhone now either. I’ve started using a long click on the image itself and then ‘Save to photos’. I used to use the download icon link.
