I think it’s necessary to add a feature in the setting: Screen Setting, so that the screen can be set to always stay on. The rabbit looks great in the workspace, and I would also like to use it a clock. It looks stylish
I think such an idea would only be useful if r1 is sitting in its included transparent Tron and connected to the charging cable, because otherwise the battery will probably run out pretty quickly and that would be a real shame.
Mate, yes but why not give us that OPTION ANYWAY😁

I remember reading this topic. Now my Rabbit keeps its screen on but I dont know why… (I think it has been 15 minutes already) it just stays on if I don’t press the ptt button to turn off the sceen.
It is not plugged in.
Is this a new feature?
Anyone experiencing the same?
I checked. Mine turns the brightness down after 1:55 mins and screen off after 2 minutes idle.
Alright, I just tested mine. It stayed on for 45 minutes and I turned off myself since I believe it would have stayed on indefinitely.
What if you reset it? (Just keep clicking the ppt button multiple times until it resets)?
It reset back to the 2 minutes! I wonder what caused the change before I reset it.
My r1 has the same behavior. (Sporadic…?)
Mine is back at it again. I would really like to know why the screen doesn’t time out anymore. @rabbit
Do you still experience this?
Not sure about this but it would be nice if we could use the built-in display sensor (I noticed that when the R1 is facing down the screen will turn off by itself) to adjust the screen brightness automatically (instead of us doing it manually) according to the environment’s lighting condition.
Does r1 even have such a sensor?
I don’t think so
My R1 has it again… the screen stays on permanently. What causes this? (I know it will work as intented again after restarting)
