Please also be aware that my Rabbit 1 device has the same issue with the rattling part of a loose screw.
Find a video attached to this comment. Would like to get a ticket as well for the support, so we can replace this one as well. This order was from the first batch directly ordered through your own platform.

I’ve had 2 and both of them have had the rattle! So glad i seen this post i thought i did something wrong just carrying it in my pocket once or twice.

It started off harmlessly with the battery life getting shorter and the device rattling. I took a video of the rattling and uploaded it to YouTube and reported it to support. I created a support ticket but have never received a response. I am getting a replacement device under my warranty. I ordered my device to Germany at the end of April this year. Support has not responded to my ticket yet. I have also filed a buyer protection claim with my bank, but I haven’t been able to take care of it recently as I was in the hospital because something was wrong with my heart. I don’t know if you can see everything in the video as I am blind. The device rattles and the device no longer charges. I apologize if something is not written correctly as I use the dictation function and if you hold the charging cable exactly straight, the device still charges but it is very heavy and that is not the cable’s fault. All the charging cables I have work with other devices. The problem lies with the Rabbit R1 itself.
