Due to a quality issue with battery cells supplied by a third-party vendor, users are advised to stop using and charging the Charge Case Accessory immediately. The identified problem poses a fire safety risk, prompting the disqualification of the battery vendor to ensure user safety. However, other Humane products like Humane’s Ai Pin, Battery Booster(s), and Charge Pad are not affected by this issue.

The real slap in the face to customers is that they are only giving two months of free subscription. Hopefully, they replace the charging case when they find a new battery supplier

Pitty. Brings back a memory when HP purchased Palm and the innovative WebOS in 2010. I believe it lived for another year before HP dropped the platforn.

Pitty. But i am afraid it is their business MODEL } buy talented guys. Use AND develop their ideas and after CIAO CIAO like they say in ITALY 
LG acquired WebOS from Hewlett-Packard and uses it as the operating system in its smart televisions.
