Charge r1 to 100%

Should I charge it to 100% or only 92% according some smartphone indications?

Modern battery technology allows you to charge to 100% without any major wear to the battery.

If you are worried about it I would stop the charge around 80-90%.

Use cycles should always be observed… Drain it flat… Then charge it fully.
Mine is always 100% before I unplug it and then it is 98% immediately after I remove the charger. It works great and lasts all day, with minimal use. When I use it a lot playing music, etc… I need to charge more frequently.

(So battery cycles aside, I still want a bigger battery installed in future models)

I let mine charge above 100% just leave it and it seems to take ages to drop to 98%.
But a bigger battery can be installed its phone battery and easy to change if needed later date.

Definitely want a bigger battery before I install sim and take it off wifi

If doesn’t use that much power on cellular th battery lasts ages but would depend on how strong the signal is and if the r1 has to keep searching for it. But I have had mine out and about for a few days using it and it’s still got power left plus it doesn’t take long to recharge.
