Why did you wait over a year to redeem it?
i had a perplexity already running, and there was nowhere written that it can possibly expire one day
if i would have know that it can expire i would have redeemed it as quick as i can
Edit: Problem Solved
I’m just now dealing with this as I was waiting for a subscription to end and then dealt with moving from the USA to Germany. I figured as it didn’t expire I would wait until I was settled into Germany to activate it.
I will do some digging about how I can solve this issue but if anyone can point me to a place that worked for them that would be greatly appreciated!
