Unexpected artifact creation and photo organization impossible with it

Issue Description

  • Detailed Description: After configuring Magic Gallery to “remember preferences starting from July 2024” a new photo has taken without get completed and it is impossible to manage or delete

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Pre-requisite: You need to enable Magic Gallery in rabbithole settings
([Settings > Privacy > Magic Gallery]1).

  1. Say to r1 to set date-based preferences to start from July 2024 via voice command or terminal.
  2. Capture new photos using Magic Camera.
  3. Open Magic Gallery.
  4. Observe the loading orange elelment.

Expected Result

  • Existing photos should remain in a range of time and later if not completed removed automatically.
  • if work as expected should be given to the user the ability at least to remove it.

Actual Result

  • A new photo appears with a problem an has an orange background with a loader.
  • actually it is impossible to remove this artifact.
