Unable to Play Music

I am unable to access music on my R1 as I used to be able to before all of the updates to the system. Please help.

which music provider do you want to use?

In our rabbit-hole (hole.rabbit.tech/connections) you can connect the r1 with the following providers:

For other providers, which are not mentioned here, maybe the 'teach-mode" can help you to create a connection. :slight_smile:

I am connected and always have been connected to iTunes. In the rabbit hole it shows that i am still connected but it is not connected. I have hit the side button 5 times like instructed and that does not help.

Did you try disconnecting iTunes and then reconnecting?

The idea behind this suggestion is that some providers require you to reconnect every so often.

That actually worked. I had not reset it or disconnected it from Itunes since I got it in June 2024. Thank you, that was so helpful. I appreciate the help from all.
