How is the R1 from a GDPR perspective. Does it process recordings/transcripts in the UK or EU, or send everything to US servers? @simon @jesse I’d like to buy more for my team but need to understand the situation. Thanks.

It’s a good question, and I need to try and do some research, but I was provided this a few months back when a similar question appeared. Regarding servers, as far as I am aware, we only use US servers presently.
On Biometric Data: We do not collect, process, or store biometric data under the GDPR definition. A simple voice recording does not meet the threshold for biometric data, as outlined in EDPB Guideline 5.1.
GDPR Compliance: Our privacy policy (rabbit - privacy policy) includes details on our GDPR representative and our data deletion procedures. These processes are active and available to all users.
