LAM unable to select option in certain dropdown menus, including one like `<select … class=“form-control” …> . Sign, “written by LAM”

I encountered this on employeenavigator.com in the “Request Time Off” section. LAM got stuck unable to choose which “type” of leave I was requesting. Thanks, that initial message was supposed to be “very polite.”
