Intern not responding to secondary or follow up responses.

Hello community,

Enjoying my rabbit r1. I’ve had a friend purchase one. In them playing with the free intern they’ve expressed concern it wasn’t letting them go far (I assumed the free limitation).

The prompt was to create a flow chart of how to register a vehicle in a specified location according to the governing bodies instruction. Simple but specific. It appears to get stuck after the second clarification of how I want the document (a word document) but as it stands what I can see is the input bar is pulsing and ‘greyed out’ but the input box reads, ‘waiting of user response’ but my response prompt is most certainly appearing as ‘sent’ on the screen of the intern and yet the intern is not proceeding or cogitating, it appears like this indefinitely stuck in this state so far.

I’ve opened my rabbit intern, and whilst it does get a touch farther it ends up not taking the task and doing the same behaviour on mine. Not a great start for the new party to Rabbit or the Intern but can someone help me understand what might be occurring here as a learning opportunity?

Also, side point now I’m finding an issue but if a tasks fails (which is frequently but I’m forgiving and enjoy the spice growing with the technology) should we be seeking a way for rabbit to return a credit for the failed task if the user may be happy to submit a report to share what happened for later analysis by rabbit to learn from it? I appreciate refunded tasks is a big ask but Chat-GPT does it.

Any assistance, pro tips, even if you’re telling me I’m holding it wrong, would be great to hear from anyone.

Hi Andy, can you DM me your email and the session ID of the intern task / one of the intern tasks that has failed?

Hi Simon, I sent over the session ID but I noticed the rabbit support ticket was closed but had no feedback or return of the failed tasks. Many thanks.

Hi Andy - we have a bunch of bug fixes for intern shipping very soon so this may resolve it. Also, failed tasks should automatically be refunded. This is a failed task as in a “technical fail” with no output generated, not failed as in “it made a result, but it isn’t really what i asked for”.
