I want to reset my R1. I have been using it for two years and want to avoid losing all my data with a factory reset. Just curious if there is a safe way to do this and not lose my data .
I reviewed this page and sense that if I disconnect from the internet first and do the factory reset, I may be able to save my data. Has anyone completed a factory reset successfully and maintained their data?
