Creations - Help and Educate me

I got the R1 a while ago for fun and to see what it can do but I am not a programmer. I have had a little fun with the camera and that’s about it.

I would love the R1 to do a few creations for me as working on a few products and do not really understand / know where to start.

Would love to do a few creations like the following:

  • add an art theme concept to a cad layout
  • perform basic programming of sounds when a few switches are hit
  • take a photo of a thing but turn it into black and white (vector) line art or just a 2 colour line art image that I can take into illustrator
  • take a photo and create a 3d model for 3d printing

I know that I can try it out but don’t want to burn through and waste my 13 points of intern credit.

It is just a bit overwhelming and not sure where to start - any tips, advice would be much appreciated or even clarification that Creations and Intern can not do something.

I think a few of these items can be done via magic camera. (black and whites etc) Or, at least you should try that first before using a task to try to create an app(creation) to do it. This update has a lot going on. I have been playing with creations a bit to try to wrap around it a bit . Fun times!
