r1 launches and the music card shows up but then nothing happens and no actual music plays. it’s been working fine recently but tonight r1 was first saying i wasn’t connected even though i was, then i reconnected multiple times. then r1 finally launched spotify and the music card pops up with the correct album but the music doesn’t start or play. i’ve tried resetting and full shut down of r1 but nothing has worked.
anyone else having spotify issues?

Not working for me either. Says i’m not connected, but shows connected in the rabbit hole.
Can you please all try disconnecting Spotify from rabbithole and reconnecting?
disconnected and reconnected. Music player launches, displays album art, makes no sound.
disconnected and reconnected multiple times. still not working. r1 says “launching the spotify rabbit” and says she’s playing the song but nothing happens. the music card with artwork doesn’t launch.

Update. r1 launches the music card again. It hasn’t done that for a while. but still no music sound from the r1 device itself. So it’s still not working like it used to but it did change behavior. Before it was just saying it was playing the album but then not doing anything and not launching the music card.
